consignment agreement

We are looking for quality made, current clothing, accessories, and shoes from a variety of designers and stores.

In an effort to provide the best for our customers, we ask that you bring in freshly laundered, dry cleaned and wrinkle-free clothes and high-quality, excellent condition accessories and shoes. We reserve the right to refuse any items that don’t meet those criteria. Unaccepted items must be retrieved within one week of contact unless you elect to have them donated.  After one week, items will be become property of fox + doe or will be donated.

fox + doe will determine a price for each of your items that will be based on the condition of the item, original price and market demand. We reserve the right to mark items down as we see fit over time.

Our consignment split is 50/50. Items will remain for sale in the store for a total of 90 days. After that point, you may pick up unsold items or they will remain on the sales floor at our discretion. You may also elect to have your unsold items donated on your behalf. Items that are left for 30 days past their consignment period will become property of fox + doe. 

Payment will be made via check or store credit. Please call or email to ask the status of your items. You can settle your balance at any time.

Account balances that are not settled or redeemed for store credit within six months of taking in the items will be forfeited. 

We will do everything in our power to take care of your items, but fox + doe is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
